In this website it is taught that Jesus Christ is love. When Christ was born love came to this world and took human form. Christmas is the time when love dwells in this world. We feel love, Jesus Christ.

I am sure that Jesus Christ looks at the Christmas celebrations, parties, decorations, exchange of gifts, festivals, songs and He feels happy.

Exercise

The best prayer is the “Our Father” prayer. The second best is the following: knee bends. You stand up you say your most serious sin and you say to Jesus Christ who is everywhere (omnipresent): “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me your sinful and unworthy servant.” When you reach the word “unworthy” in the above prayer you kneel down you move your head in front until it touches the floor and you say the last word of the prayer: “servant.” When you say the above prayer you make a cross on your body with your right hand until you bend. You stand up and repeat. The more knee bends you do the better. I do 50 daily. You can change the sins you say. At the end when you are still bent and your head is on the floor you can ask Christ what you want. Wait for four hours after a heavy meal to do your knee bends. It is also a good exercise for the body.

Meditation

I do not know why but I took and threw on the floor a cross with the crucified Christ on it which was above my bed. Then I lay on the bed and started listening to one sound, after a while I focused my mind to listen to two sounds simultaneously then I looked at something then I tried to look at a larger area then I felt something touching me then I felt two things that were touching me all the above I tried to do them at the same time, hear, look, feel then I tried to listen only at one thing, look at one thing, feel one thing and then only look at one thing then I closed my eyes and try not to think of something then I counted from 10 to 0 every count I felt that I was falling reaching a lower level of my consciousness. I reached zero and started not to think of something I thought I am not thinking of something then I thought I am thinking that I am not thinking when I did not think of something to my great amazement I felt vibrations I tried not to think of something and the vibrations intensified the whole bed was vibrating I could hear the bed vibrating I was ecstatic. I let the vibrations continue I thought I was something special when the vibrations stopped with my eyes closed I saw lights red and purple and then I heard a voice saying:
-Charis everything is fine.
I thought God was talking to me.
The voice said:
-Is there something that you want?
I paused and I thought.
-I would like to be taller.
“God” laughed and said:
-OK you will become taller.
I asked:
-What will I become (I was a loser).
-Hahaha, you will become a professor.
Do you know what happened? I became possessed, demon possessed.

In a human there are three levels:

What I did is that I excluded the first two and reached my spirit from there demons easily captured my soul. Something which is open can be penetrated easily. I opened my body and mind and demons rushed in. This meditation I practiced is meditation hypnosis. I was possessed. Do not worry in the Christian world only 10% of people are possessed, 1 in 10. How do you know if you are possessed? Please read the following:

If you can read the above loudly without any hindrances you are not possessed.
If you can not read it chances are that you are. If you feel vibrations, you are choking, a force is preventing you from reading it then the news are bad. In this case stop eating kneel on the floor and fight to read. Read and reread it. You can ask our Lord Jesus Christ to help you read it and cast out all demons. Read it for hours and you will be delivered. When all demons are cast out reading the prayers will become liquid joy you feel free, relieved, like a burden was lifted, gone.

When I was possessed satan induced me to sinful habits all possessed people have sinful habits. You are married you do not enjoy sex with your wife but when you cheat on her you are a champion lover. When we sin satan acquires rights in us, he controls us. The people who are shooting, killing innocent people are people guided by satan. I think they are possessed. I can not explain why innocent people are killed in a church except that it is Satan’s will. Does God always permit satan to act? No, He does not. Bible, Job 1:12: The LORD said to satan, “Very well, then, everything he(Job) has is in your power, but on the man himself do not lay a finger.” Job was the most righteous man on earth.

The question arises: how can we stop these shootings? Ban possession of guns. There were countries that were having the same problem USA has today that is shootings and they banned guns. The shootings stopped. These countries do not have this problem now. If there are no guns there will be no shootings. When somebody buys a gun he polishes it he loads it with bullets perhaps he shoots himself in the mirror and wants to use it. He is guided by satan and he kills people. Why is there no gun ban in the entire USA? The answer is simple: money. The gun industry pays millions of dollars to Senators not to ban guns. During the recent elections the gun industry paid 50 million US Dollars or more to fund the races of Senate candidates. Yes, now I am judging other people the point is that innocent people get killed, students, teachers, worshippers.

There is the question: why God permits this to happen? It is Satan’s will. Is satan more powerful than God? The argument goes children are dying in millions every year from undernutrition. Where is God? Why God? These black children who are dying will become angels in heaven. The life these children live even if they had food is miserable so God permits them to die and live happily in heaven ever after. I think the same applies with people killed in the church they go to heaven. Now, they are watching us and are laughing. They are in heaven for eternity. If you are young and die unjustly you will be in heaven. What is a life of 100 years compared to thousand, infinite years by the side of Christ? The above are not my words but the words of the Bible: Luke 16:19-31:
The Rich Man and Lazarus
“There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day. At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.
“The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried. In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side. So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’
“But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony. And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.’
“He answered, ‘Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my family, for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.’
“Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.’
“‘No, father Abraham,’ he said, ‘but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’
“He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.’”

The Bible does not say that Lazarus was in repentance, the Bible does not say Lazarus had faith in Christ and the rich man did not. The Bible does not say about good deeds in the story of Lazarus. What it says is that Lazarus was suffering and the rich man was enjoying. When they died the tables were turned. Lazarus was in heaven to Abraham’s side and the rich man was tortured in hell. How many years Lazarus lived on earth 80, 90, 100, for thousands of years he has been in heaven and in paradise. What I am trying to say is that there is justice, God’s justice everywhere and at anytime. God is powerful, He is wisdom, He gives birth to wisdom and His will always prevails.

The question arises: why Charis did you do meditation and experimented with your body, mind and soul? Can anybody stop thinking? Try it, after a few seconds a thought pops up. Wouldn’t be nice if you have total control of your mind thinking what you want it to think? Say go and your mind is working doing the things you want it to do and when the work is completed your mind stops awaiting your next command like an obedient dog: Psalm 46:10: “Be still and know that I am God.” I am a daydreamer. I remember when I was 5 years old I went to pee in the dustbin and throw the rubbish in the toilet. Things got worse when I became 15 years old. I had many sexual thoughts I was losing my mind. Things went really worse in university I could not concentrate at all I just could not study so I quitted studying. I was ruined. We all have thoughts such as I’ve got to sleep with that woman or I have to revenge that guy or after work your mind sometimes goes on what happened in your work and what you should have said (grudge).

Then I came across a book: Meditation which described how to control, train your mind and I started practicing. You sit on a chair you feel the tip of your tongue then you feel your palms then your toes then the tip of your nose. You practice it for 20 minutes twice a day. It is meditation concentration. In Australia I reached mind-blanking or realization or to others nirvana. I meditated then felt like I was falling and then I reached my soul. When you stop thinking for some time you do not feel your body you feel elevated, floating you feel love, you feel your spirit. Do not try meditation for the aforementioned reasons. If you want to really meditate pray and concentrate on the words of the prayer.

I got rid of the demons (delivered) easily, yet for years (more than ten) I thought I was possessed and tried to be delivered begging the priests. I remember I did not eat nothing for days and prayed for hours everyday then received Holy Communion and I prayed again. The thing that satan fears, dreads above all things is the blood and body of Christ. Revelation 12:11: "They(our brothers and sisters) triumphed over him(satan) by the blood of the Lamb(Jesus Christ) and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death." When you are possessed you can not receive the blood and body of Christ you will be hitting yourself and others jumping up high and falling, satan does not let you. I did not know that.

I must confess that when I was really possessed those were not the worst years of my life. The worst times of my life were in descending order: my first year in the army (throughout the military service (26 months) I was a simple soldier), when I was arrested and locked in a Mad House for two weeks, when I lived in cave twice for few days until I was sent away, when I was homeless in London and Catholic nuns, may God bless them, took me in a homeless hostel where other homeless people were staying. I stayed there for 2-3 months. The above are some of my hardships.

Years passed by and I became efficient I could finally concentrate I was really good in my job I was an examiner (examine documents) that was without psychotic drugs. How did I do it? I prayed and asked God to be good at my work, efficient also every night I did, after the evening prayer, a prayer about bad thoughts which is in ancient Greek from the Grand Prayer book (Orthodox). A similar prayer is shown below. It worked miracles.

O Christ our God, who at all times and in every hour in heaven and on earth are worshiped and glorified; who are long suffering, merciful, and compassionate; who love the just and show mercy upon sinners; who call all to salvation through the promise of the good things to come; O Lord, in this hour receive our supplications and direct our lives according to Your commandments. Sanctify our souls, purify our bodies, correct our thoughts, cleanse our minds; deliver us from all tribulation, evil, and distress. Surround us with Your holy angels, so that guided and guarded by them, we may attain to the unity of the Faith and to the full knowledge of Your unapproachable glory. For You are blessed unto ages of ages. Amen.

The above prayers heal your mind.

Love

In the Bible it says God is love. God loves us especially the righteous.
Saint Porphyrios who was announced a Saint in the 21st century used to say: “Christ is friend and He shouts: ‘I have you friends. Hey, don’t you understand it? We are brothers. Hey, I do not hold the hell in my hands I do not threaten you, I love you.’
Love Christ and do nothing but prefer His love.”
Pray with love that is how you pray with your spirit.
